1. What products does Original Juice® offer?

We create high-quality sunglasses, frames, and limited-edition apparel designed for skateboarders, creators, and street-fashion culture. Every eyewear piece is crafted in Japan with premium materials.

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship internationally. Shipping times and customs fees may vary depending on your region.

3. How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on your location and shipping option.

• Local/Regional: 2–7 business days

• International: 7–14 business days
  You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes—returns and exchanges are accepted under specific conditions.

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

5. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
We will replace or refund it depending on the situation.

6. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only if they haven’t shipped yet.
Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible.

7. Are your sunglasses really made in Japan?

Yes. All eyewear is handcrafted in Japan by skilled manufacturers who specialize in high-quality frames and lenses.

8. Do you restock items?

Most drops are limited. Some designs may return, but we cannot promise restocks.

9. How do I clean and care for my eyewear?

• Use the included microfiber cloth

• Rinse lenses with water—never dry-wipe if dusty

• Avoid high heat and pressure (cars, bags, back pockets)
  Proper care extends the life of your frames.
