By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Pricing & Currency

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped from Japan.
Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

Once a package is handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the limited-edition nature of our products, sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review the case and provide the appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

7. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
