Original Juice® — business exchange regulations

These Business Exchange Regulations outline the rules, conditions, and procedures for product returns, exchanges, cancellations, and general transactional conduct on the Original Juice® online store. By placing an order, customers agree to the policies below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eyewear (Sunglasses & Frames)

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging, including case, cleaning cloth, authenticity cards, and tags.

  • Protective films must remain in place (if applicable).

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

Apparel

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original labels and packaging intact.

  • Apparel returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and brand-standard reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Limited-edition drops designated as no return / no exchange

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

2. Return & Exchange Procedure

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at [insert your support email] with:

    • Order number

    • Full name

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Clear photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

  2. You will receive approval instructions and a return address if eligible.

  3. Items must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

  • Exchange Shipping: A standard exchange shipping fee may apply depending on the region.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the issue and the packaging.

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.

Damage caused by misuse, drops, pressure, heat exposure, or improper care is not covered.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

Once an order has processed or entered shipping preparation, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

Refund method:

  • Original payment method only

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Original Juice® reserves the right to deny a refund if items do not meet our return standards.

7. Trade-In, Replacement, and Warranty

At this time, we do not offer:

  • Trade-in programs

  • Extended warranties

  • Lifetime replacement plans

However, limited warranties may apply to certain eyewear releases. These terms will be specified on product pages when relevant.

8. Fraud Prevention & Misuse

To protect customers and the brand:

  • Suspicious or repeated return activity may lead to order refusal.

  • Unauthorized reselling of Original Juice® products may void return eligibility.

  • Charges made through fraudulent activity will be reported and blocked.

9. International Orders

Different regions may experience:

  • Additional customs fees

  • Delays in delivery or return processing

Customs duties are not covered by Original Juice® and are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Changes to These Regulations

Original Juice® may update these regulations at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page, with revisions taking effect immediately upon posting.
