SHIPPING TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN BILLING ADDRESS
Due to the heightened risk of fraud associated with credit card purchases of high-end luxury items, the Original Juice Company only ships to shipping addresses that match the billing address at the time of purchase. However, we recognize the necessity for customers to have an option of shipping the package to an alternate address. If you need to have the package shipped to an address different than your billing address, we will require that you contact us directly before placing your order at which point you can discuss your situation with one of our staff members.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return Frames if I don't like them?
Yes, you can return frames within 7 days of receiving them for an exchange or store credit. All goods must be returned to us in the exact condition you received them including all packaging. Shipping costs are not refunded. Before returning any items, please contact our service department at email@example.com, and you will be issued a Return Authorization number (RA). The RA number must be written on the outside of the shipment box and the shipping documents should be cleared marked as warranty returns.
What happens if I receive faulty/damaged frames?
We take great pride and care to ensure that you will receive your order in excellent condition. However, if there is any damage to the frame, please contact our service department at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will spare no expense to satisfy our customers.
Will I get a full refund?
NO REFUNDS - Once we receive the goods back in the original condition, we will issue a credit minus shipping charges. Any costs that we may incur for the returned goods will be deducted from the credit. No exceptions can be made to the 7-day return policy from the date of receiving. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
If I need to return glasses to you, how should I do that?
Place the frame back into its original packaging and seal the box. Write the RA number on the box (RA number is provided by our service department at email@example.com). Take extra care on the customs declaration on your shipping paperwork to avoid unnecessary import duty when we receive them. Mark the goods as "returned to sender" or "returned for warranty" in the shipping documents. Any costs that we incur for returned goods will be deducted from the refund. If you ship the goods back via a courier (Fedex, UPS etc.) there may be a clearance charge which we will have to subtract from the credit.
